I came across that last night as well Andrew

Was walking through the city and heard something above and just caught the end of a smoke trail, took me ages to find where it landed. Then I noticed the blood trail

Fallout 4 does not like 144hz screens I had some comedy Benny Hill style running around and getting stuck at terminals. It appears the old creaky engine can't handle it and as there is not in game frame lock I had to use Nvidia Inspector to lock it down. Other than that it's all good can't wait to put some proper time into it but I wasted a couple of hours trying to fix it before realising what was going on.
