Williams has had a lot of problems. And it is not a specific thing. Airo and a old school way of doing things that was OK in Frank's day but not today. So testing a 2020 car will not be easy. Personally i think the team should of kept Kubacia on as a test driver, or use someone with his experience. Young drivers are often confused in F1 cars as they try to relate them to what they know like F3 or F Renault. So you need someone who has driven a Grandprix race to help push for design and airo ideas. With limited testing this will not be easy.

The way things are going, I think that, if I had a few millions to spend, even I could be the next Williams test driver...

You would have to do a lot of local racing to get a super licence. Thogh there are a lot of sim racers like me.
