I still think the wheel movements are very unrealistic...

I don't understand what you are looking for here...

Plus the although it's called the "Bus Stop" chicane it drives like 2 separate corners, it's not a case of straightlining the chicane, far from it.

Unless this is very easy AI, you should be turning your wheel fully on the first part of the bus stop
