Drunk driver clocked at 113 MPH claims he was doing 135 MPH

Police clocked Joseph Carbone driving his Maserati 113 miles an hour on the Long Island Expressway early Wednesday morning, but the Long Island resident insists they're wrong: he was going faster. Also, he told officers he was drunk.
