hi all, is there a mod or an app that allows the driver change in asssetto corsa? thank you all

No mod required.

All IDs of the drivers of a car have to be entered in the entrylist. First driver stops in the pits, leaves the game, second driver joins and continues racing with the car.

There are tools which can set a minimum amount of pit time, like Real Penalty (Full version), but it will never get as easy as with ACC for example.
