The default indy setup is nice to run.

If you are yet to change the cars configuration to the Indy setup do this:

• When selecting you car, click on "Tuning"
• On the right hand side, you will have options of different car settings.
• Change the car configuration to "Indianapolis Oval".

I was running the oval the other day with this setup and felt relatively confident. Even so, I believe @Tobias Röhner can fish something out of his folder of setups and throw something our way

Tobias' setup was made for a custom league verison of the IndyCar so rF2 thinks it's a setup for a completely different car. It'll work fine but you just need click the button that says 'vehicle' under your setup list to change it to 'all', and it'll show you all setups you have for Indy regardless of car.
