CUSTOMIZABLE - Safety Car Lights - Simple kn5 model, adaptable to your liking!

Hi everyone! I made this simple config in order to use these Safety Car lights wherever you want and need! All the instructions are into the default config file you find in the zip file, but I will leave some infos here too

HOW TO USE
Drop the files into a livery folder, so whenever you want to use the car with the lights, select the livery where you have dropped the files! Adjust the config file as explained and you're good...

If you would like to have the yellow lights flash left and right you could try these settings

[EMISSIVE_EXTRA_A_1]
NAME=roof_pace04
BIND_TO_EXTRA_A=1
BLINKING_PATTERN=(|0=0|0.49=0|0.5=1|0.55=0|0.59=0| 0.6=1|0.65=0|0.69=0|0.70=1|0.75=0|0.80=1|0.85=0| 1=0)
BLINKING_DURATION=1
COLOR=238, 157, 0, 0.7

[EMISSIVE_EXTRA_A_2]
NAME=roof_pace05
BIND_TO_EXTRA_A=1
BLINKING_PATTERN=(|0=0|0.05=0|0.1=3|0.15=0|0.19=0|0.2=3|0.25=0|0.29=0| 0.3=3|0.35=0|0.9=0||1=0)
BLINKING_DURATION=1
COLOR=238, 157, 0, 0.7

I love the idea of this, so I decided to try it out. Unfortunately, after following the instructions (adding the main and LOD .kn5 files etc), the lightbar does not show up in-game. (Also not in the CM showroom, but that's the case for most lightbars I think)

I was wondering if you might know why it doesn't show up.

which car are you talking about?

you have to extract the files from the archive to a specific skin folder
for example "0 blue stripes"
then open the extconfig file.
After editing it should look like this:

Then you have to adapt the OFFSET values :)
[MODEL_REPLACEMENT_...]
FILE=ford_gt40.kn5
INSERT=safety_lights.kn5
INSERT_AFTER=COCKPIT_HR, COCKPIT_LR
SCALE = 1, 1, 1
OFFSET = 0, -0.35, 0; left/right, up/down, forward/backwards, adjust accordingly

[EMISSIVE_EXTRA_A_1]
NAME=roof_pace04, roof_pace05
BIND_TO_EXTRA_A=1
BLINKING_PATTERN= (|0=0|0.5=0|1=0|1.5=0.5|2=1|2.5=1|3=0.5|3.5=0|4=0)
BLINKING_DURATION=0.8
COLOR=255, 255, 255, 0.7

[EMISSIVE_EXTRA_B_1]
NAME=roof_pace06
COLOR=255, 255, 255, 0.7

I am not sure what you did differently than me, as the files looked identical bar from the instructions, but as soon as I copy-pasted your .ini it started to work.
So thank you very much!
