F1 2013 CTF file for the 90's cars??

HI

I want to reduce the grip for the 90's cars by editing the CTF file. However these look like they are encrypted in the download folder (unlike the 2013 / 80's cars)

Any way to get at the CTF for the 90's cars so they can be put into the folders which are in the directory structure??

I just did a quick search through many different threads with no luck. I also used the search bar in the top right with no luck, any help?
