F1 2014 Career driver equal status

Guys, when i will became number 1 driver, i started career in ferrari on expert difficulty and win 17/19 races,and from half of first season i am still in equal status.Now i am in season 2 and win 6 races in a row but still equal,when i will become number 1 driver ?

i think they review it after silverstone

and after i will be promoted,i will replace alonso as it was in f1 2013 ? Or i will drive Kimi car with Alonso as 2nd driver ?

You will continue to drive the same car with Alonso as your teammate.. If you wanted to be teammates with Kimi, you should've changed the Ferrari number 1 driver from the database using EDE. That way you would start as being 2nd driver to Kimi in the team, but you would ofc become the team's 1st driver with kimi 2nd next season.
Note: That might corrupt your profile though.
