Down-shift option A: clutch needed. Heel-toe needed. Brake (right foot), press clutch (left foot), go to neutral, blip (heel-toe with right foot which is still braking at the same time), push gear in, release clutch.
Down-shift option B: no clutch needed. No heel-toe needed. Normal left foot braking. Release throttle, go to neutral, blip, push gear in, press throttle.
