Can the mirrors be adjusted?

After adjusting the cockpit camera in most of my cars (I ususally like it closer to me), the central mirror usually offers me the view of the ceiling of my car, not the road. Is there a way to tilt it?

Be sure to enable the App in CM. Then open the App from within AC and you can fully adjust the mirrors
