camera problems.... help

When i load into a session the camera is set to the top of the bonnet and i can not cycle to change, the only way this can be moved is by adjusting the seated position and when i move back into the car there are no wheels or dash,seats, door cards or even a floor pan on the car. i have tried uninstall and reinstall but i cant seem to change this, when i reset the seated position this just straightens my view. it doesn't matter if i'm in vr or not this problem still exists. any help will be much appreciated as i can't play it as it is.
