calibration greyed out in w10 game controller settings

i could someone help me please ,i cannot calibrate my clubsport shifter anymore the calibration setting in windows game controller setting has become greyed out so you cannot re-calibrate , i have searched high and low for a solution across the internet but nothing has worked ,anyone got any idea cheers
