BTB track in F1 Challenge?

I thought this would go in the BTB forum, since it's a BTB track.

So, I've exported my street circuit to rFactor, and that's all well and good. Step by step, how would I convert it to F1 Challenge (including getting it working in-game)?

I only have SimEd v2.6a. I don't want to download more software, but I will if I must.
Any extra software must be FREEWARE.
