Update made by BenMK1.

He worked for hours (!) to make this track faster and much better.
Changes are to much to tell here, but overworked AIW, GDB-file, LodOut, etc.

* All tobacco brands are removed and changed!

What do you think (and the others)
when a track is reworked and released after years, with many changes,
to add a year and release it as a new 2023 track, together with the previous version?
SimBim released the same tracks as 2003, 2004, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2010... They differ minimally. Different ads, colors a little different, maybe a few new objects...
You updated so much, that they are completely new versions of the track.
and the gamers don't want to delete the previous 2015, 2017 versions, because they like to drive there.
