F1 2013 big problem

after this day everything looks good but today is really bad for me. i dont know what is the problem i am playing grand prix 2013 season:
-i cant setup my car in practice
-in qualify i can setup my car but in engine section showing me 78 or ..... laps (100%) and when i am on track it showing me 3 LAPS
-i cant use quick menu when i am on track. i can use only brakes setup, fuel and tyres not

i use parc ferme on, but every race before i can setup my car, use quick menus and i can select how much fuel i have in the session. i need help.

THIS HAPPENED IN EVERY MOD, CAREER TOO

Sounds like a big issue. Try disabling any mods you have then checking local files through steam.
