That has 28 tracks and if you make the effort to try them you will find some of those are amongst the best driving tracks in the world
Patrick has other tracks too if you search .
Road America and Bathurst are incredible to drive. All of Patrick’s tracks are brilliant quality

In your opening posts you state the game is missing tracks, especially F1. Yet, when a fantastic (easily the best) all-in-one track pack avaialble for the game is presented to you, the issue is that it contains exsisting F1 tracks?

Combining the stock game and the mod you were linked you are able to drive a formula 1 car from every decade since the 60's on these current and former F1 tracks:

Adelaide (modern and 1988 layout)
Hockenheim (multiple modern and historic layouts)
Imola (70's, 80's, 00s and modern layouts)
Suzuka (listed as Kansai)
Brands Hatch
Silverstone
Monza
Nurburgring
Barcelona
Monza
Buenos Aires
Montreal
Interlagos (modern and 70's)
Jacarepaguá
Speilberg (70's and Modern GP layouts)
Melbourne
Spa
Magny-Cours
Jerez

but apart from that exhaustive list, yes, it's a bit lacking for F1 tracks
