By no means a complete guide to ACSM, but the bare minimum to get started:

1. Purchase an ACSM license from the kind people at Emperor Servers. It's just 20USD for a perpetual license (no subscription or recurring fees) and the license supports a multi-server configuration
2. Unzip the the downloaded ACSM archive into a new folder where you want to install your AC server manager...

When Export is enabled, the app will save a compressed file containing both replay and reference file into this folder.

• Fix export for tracks with multiple layouts
• Car skin is now registered in reference file. When exchanging replay files one may not have the skin that was used, and as we all know, watching uncovered rally cars is morally questionable and may lead to degenerate behaviour. This can help finding the skin, or you can just copy another skin and rename the folder to the name found in associated .refl file

This would happen when somehow reference files don't get saved, or don't get loaded.
Do you see reference files in the selector window, or in the app folder?

In any case it would be useful to see the content of your Documents\Assetto Corsa\logs\py_log.txt file after you finished a stage

Another thing to check: in the app folder there should be a file "StartFinishSplines.json", what's the content of that file?
