Anyway to resize/ eliminate this pop up box in CM?

Whenever I hover the mouse over the name of the car in the selection grid it opens up this other box that occupies half the screen and then I have to move the cursor to the edge of the screen and over all its just an annoying feature imo. I can't scroll through the list of cars smoothly. Maybe it's just me, idk but if anyone knows if there's a setting I'm missing or a mod or something that can resolve this, that'd be awesome. I've attached the menu I'm talking about below.

I have been complaining about that stupid popup for many years now. It makes the simple task of browsing the car list and selecting one a true nightmare. It is the worst design flaw in Content Manager and I wouldn't expect it to be fixed.

I can find it but in CM there is an selection box, that will disable that function.

There is a option in CM now.
CM > Settings > Appearance > on the right side under Interface is "Show popup details in selection dialogs" Make sure it is unchecked.
