livery_xxx_n are normalmaps textures which give relief to the texture. It can be generated with Nvidia or Intel texture plug-ins for photoshop.

if you have correctly set the path to your game folder in EEA setting tab, it will automatcally save the mipmaps files in the correct place. you will just have to click on overwrite when it will ask you... Try to check that and redo the installation with the path correctly set. you will see it will works...

This mod only works in Myteam because it use the FOM car. If i'm not wrong, the FOM car can't be choosen in career wher you can only use real cars.
