New AI for Port Newark, try to make it better especially through the chicanes and series of fast turns.

New AI for each layouts
* New fast lane
* New pit lane
* Side L/R
* Ai_hints
+ One for 1980s-2020s++ cars
+ One for 1950s-1970s cars

Every tracks are test multiple times with different weather and road grip to get the better ai lane and hints.
I used multiple car categories to make it the best way.
Ai tested with 95-100% and 50% agression.
Maybe some crash at the first chicane at...

Alpha89 updated AI Port Newark All Layouts (Reboot Team) with a new update entry:

New Ai_hints ans side lines for normal race

Add a danger zone for the first chicane, really better for the start of the race.

Ai slow down hard at the first 1/2 when after the start when there are a lot of car together.

You may need to restart a race 2 or 3 times with high power cars.
