AI Gets stuck on grid at Race start

Does anyone has a fix for some Cars AI gets stuck on start in AC and won't move??
Is it a fast lane AI issue or something else?

Can you give me the link to the track I might be able to fix it.
If not: generally speaking if your fastline goes over the sidelines at any place of the track the sidelines get dismissed and you have to re-record them.
Even when you make a backup of the sidelines and copy them into the folder assetto realizes that the fast lane crosses one of the sidelines and then dismisses the sidelines.
