Two Eventful Seasons

As a result, two of the most eventful seasons of the 2000s went without official digital representation. 2007 saw the debut of Lewis Hamilton and his rivalry with Fernando Alonso at McLaren, with Kimi Räikkönen and Ferrari eventually capitalizing on the internal battles of their Mercedes-powered rivals. Formula 1 2009, however, received mixed reviews and was

Since then, F1 games have returned to an exclusive license, with Codemasters releasing a title every year and being taken over by EA Sports in 2021. F1 22 was the first to be released under the EA banner, with F1 23 set to follow suit in June.
