how to install ? Please help :(

Choose which livery you want, then open the folder named drag and drop. Inside you should see a folder named F1 2018. Copy that folder into your steam directory which should be found at C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common. Once copied, windows will ask you to replace the files. Just click the first option.

Works well but I think using this (maybe mods in general) cause Steam Achievements not to unlock hmm
