Williams Graffiti 1.1

Here's my graffiti inspired Williams Helmet.

It's a pretty basic helmet, but I did add the autographs of Frank Williams and Nikki Lauda on top of the helmet. Thought it was a nice touch

Manual installation:
For the best result, to prevent crashes and to see your helmet permanently, use the ERP archiver to import the files into these ERP files:
- incardriver_f1.erp; incardriver_f2.erp and incardriver_classics.erp in ...\Steam\steamapps\common\F1 2019\2019_asset_groups\animation_package\scenes\incardriver\2019
- incardriver_f2.erp in ...\Steam\steamapps\common\F1 2019\2019_asset_groups\animation_package\scenes\incardriver\2018
- frontend_helmets.erp in ...\Steam\steamapps\common\F1 2019\2019_asset_groups\animation_package\scenes\frontend
