This is a small performance upgrade for the Williams team. This is not intended to rocket them up the field, but rather allow them to actually contest with other cars in the races rather than pick up the last two grid slots.
The Monaco race above was a simulated result after I just parked the RB.
This is from my recent career mode, I most likely have the difficulty set a bit too low although it is at 100. But this shows that the car isn't as much of a dog as it originally was.
Always remember to backup your files!
To install you will need ERO ERP achiever, the file in question should appear in the following directory:
Steam\steamapps\common\F1 2019\2019_asset_groups\f1_2019_vehicle_package\teams\williams\wep
Once you've found the ERP file, go into it and replace the williams.vtf with the one in the downloaded file. Then save the williams.erp file.
