Backstory:
In a world where Formula One was dominated by male drivers, a group of talented women were determined to break the mold and make their mark in the sport. Jamie Chadwick, Tatiana Calderon, Sophia Floersch, Jessica Hawkins, and Bianca Bustamante had all been competing in various racing series and catching the attention of F1 teams. They were all invited to a special test session where they would have the opportunity to showcase their skills in a Formula One car.
After the test session, the F1 teams were impressed with what they had seen from these talented women. They were offered development driver roles with various teams, giving them the opportunity to learn from the best in the business and work towards their ultimate goal of racing in Formula One.
Over the next few years, the women worked hard, honing their skills and gaining valuable experience. They competed in various racing series, including the W Series, Formula 3, and Formula 2, and continued to catch the attention of the F1 teams.
Finally, the day arrived when they were all offered race seats in Formula One. The world watched in awe as these talented women took to the track, proving that they were just as capable as their male counterparts.

- Sophia Floersch (Alpine) - replacing Niko Kari
- Jessica Hawkins (Aston Martin) - replacing Roy Nissany
- Bianca Bustamante (Haas) - replacing Lirim Zendeli
- Jamie Chadwick (Williams) - replacing Jack Aitken
!! Installation !!
- Copy&Paste the file to paks folder in your F1 Manager 22 game folder (...\F1Manager22\Content\Paks)
Disclaimer:
- This mod does not include the face swap versions of the drivers, they will appear ingame with helmet on like any non F1 driver (face swap version available on Patreon)
- This will mod will only work entirely with new games, already existing save files will not display drivers stats correctly
- This mod only work with ENGLISH language (no promise for other language)
- If another mod which modifies the game database is installed it will not work properly
- 2nd driver in 2023 Season like Logan Sargeant and Nico Hulkenberg will have the same helmet with the ladies, workaround this issue is by uninstalling the helmet mod when you don't play the ladies
