VSC Randomizer 1.01

Simple app that can call a random VSC on and off based on config file values. If running in a league, only the admin needs the VSC app, all others would need the OSRW app

The app was designed to run in the background with the OSRW admin app (the app that does all the work)

The basic function is it will output a Sting to the chat box. This is where the OSRW app takes over.

It can however run as a standalone app if there is a physical driver to drive an actual safety car out on track, and therefor no need for the OSRW app.

I have included the offical OSRW app version 0.4.1.8 for convenience only. (unsure if there is a newer version)

• Install both apps as usual
• Enable both apps in the in settings menu
• Enable OSRW in in-game menu bar
• VSC only needs to be enabled from the Settings Menu.

I know most would see this as pointless, I just wanted to learn some coding.
