Vallelunga ext_config 0.95

This was kind of a request, but it's also been a good learning experience on how to replace textures via the ext_config file. I'm hoping a few people might try it and give me some feedback.

Mostly what this config does is alter the look of summer compared to the CSP version. There is nothing wrong with the CSP version, but i'm just not a fan of the brown dried out look. I'm sure it is probably accurate, but I just don't like it. I also altered a few of the textures and replaced or sharpened some of the billboard textures. Everything else is just stock.

I welcome any feedback or suggestions to see if it's worth continuing with this little project. One thing i'm interested in is the overall brightness of the tree and terrain textures. There are two alternative ext_config files included that either lighten or darken the textures. You will have to rename them to try them out.

Since there is no extension folder in the stock ks_vallelunga track folder, this is easy enough to remove if you don't like it. If you already have an extension folder from some other mod, make sure to back it up first.
