Changed time of the start of the game

I changed the time of the start of the game, first it was 5 pm when you started now its 8 in the morning

Fix

Turned on auto-clutch because people think the gearbox is dead otherwise

(BTW this save is for the experimental build of the game, I don't know if it works on the normal build)

Added back the alternator belt

Fixed all the wear

I fixed all the wear so now it will drive for much more kilometers!
