Dear Friends and simracers all over the world!

A high accurate Historical Spa-Francorchamps in rfactor a wish by so many , now its reality!
thanks to Philrob for the job wel done! cheers my friend!

This track is especially created for mods like F1 1958 F1 1965 F1 1967 and the HistoriX V1.96 which gives you the Ultimate thrill and experience in rFactor sim history!
Its very rare mods and tracks match perfectly which is a real reward to the physics creators.
these cars now are alive and the track itself is absolute insane driving them.
This is "The Ultimate racing experience"!

I love almost everything about this but the sky halfway through the track shows mountains and broken up snow filled mountains. Not sure spa ever had this.

Hands down my favourite track for rFactor, obviously it pairs up perfectly with the 1958 F1 mod by ORM, but it works equally well with any Grand Prix or Sportscar mods set between the 1930s and 1970s. A must have for any historic racing fan.

The 'historical' Spa Francorchamps" course is one of the most iconic courses in racing history and a venue in which many accidents and deaths occurred -hence why the "new" Spa course emerged from the old one, sometime in the late 70s or early 80s.

For modern vehicles, this is a fast and somewhat easier circuit to race on.
To what extent or not this mod/rendition of 1958 Spa is accurate -- this circuit is very bumpy for the 'better' in my opinion: It makes this track a little more challenging and fun than it would otherwise be and gives it some personality.
Graphical textures throughout the entire circuit are superb; the course has very many off/near-track objects (hay bundles, pedestrians, houses, cows, etc. etc.) all of which look very realistic. The surrounding alpine scenery is extremely verdant, lush, realistic looking and dark green which makes the racing experience that more authentic and satisfying.

On minor complaint is that the ambient lighting throughout the entire course is somewhat too unnaturally and unpleasantly dark -- even though the skies are bright blue and there aren't many clouds -- as if one were racing in the early dusk instead of the middle of the day...

I stopped using rFactor a long time ago hoping that the Spa 1958 conversion from rFactor 2 to rFactor would arrive, it didn't. Now that I've found it already exists, I'm very excited to reinstall rFactor to test it with the best cars I know and used to run on the old rFactor.

Thank you very, very much for this long awaited moment.

Okay I must admit my jaws dropped when I did a lap on this last evening.
Could have been a Modded AC ore rf2 track ---But no--its rfactor.
That how good it looks..............
