Shadows casting on track lines for Reboot track mods. 1.0

FIXES for shadows cast on white/yellow lines, skidmarks etc, for the following REBOOT TEAM tracks:

Zip contains only the corrected ext_config.ini for the above mentioned tracks. Unpack in AC content folder and overwrite when asked.
