Sepang TreeFX (3D trees) plus more config changes 0.8.2

I played around with the config files and the new treeFX to liven up the track. Still WIP. Performance impact is less than you might expect

New things include:

• 1k+ 3d trees (TreeFX)
• Normalmap for the tarmac
• Enabled bounce lighting
• More things in updates

Installing:
To install just extract the zip file into the track folder so that it replaces all similar files in the extension folder and that the vao patch is next to the sepang.kn5
