Awesome track.I will give you five stars if you give it night lighting.
It will look awesome with the SOL mod and allow night racing.
Hi, good work so far, but road textures are still very low resolution and very unsharp! Please compare your ingame looking road to other AC mod tracks like Virginia, Riverside, Donington and all the others. Unfortunately Rouen has still the most worse road textures of AC mod tracks. :-(( You could make it twice better if you bring it up to a level of Virginia for example!
Track is fun but I've noticed a couple of issues when racing here:

1. The blue tyre wall on the exit of T1 has no collisions and the car can just go straight through it.
2. There seems to be no track limits at all on the concrete between T15 & 16, I can understand on the outside of 16 as cars always run wide there, but you can pretty much just straight line T15 it seems into 16 and get away with it.
3. Sometimes the tyre seems to clip through the T1 exit kerb which can cause spins once the tyre gets pushed up ontop of it, this seems to be pretty minor though but I thought it was worth mentioning as it's what lead to me discovering point #1.

I can provide proof of all 3 of these points if required, as they coincidentally all happened in the same race but #1 & #2 can be easily replicated. Sebring's an awesome track though so it's great to have a working version for AC.

Loads of potential but needs more work.
The racing line has a very harsh edge and rubbering in doesn't look very good, some of the kerbing seems overly high on some corners, the AI are very twitchy and dangerous to be on circuit with and they don't take particularly good lines.

The road detail is really nice, lots of surface undulations and bouncy sections which seems to be true of the actual course. A clean lap in a GT3 car will be around 2:06 or so which seems accurate to the real thing as well. Trackside details are nice but some of the sections on the barriers are just grey where they are painted blue and white on the actual circuit and can make spotting braking zones, especially on the final corner a little hard to pin down.

I hope the author eventually gets this to V1.0 because it will be a fantastic version of the track with a bit more cleaning up. Lots of fun to drive on as it is, but you'll probably need to stick to using it in multiplayer for now. :)

Has potential. I'd like to see more focus on the track surface, walls and structures. I would rather see an empty track than one populated with lots of low resolution vehicles and poly people attempting to simulate a race day. It seems like a rush job. But what do I know, I don't build tracks. shrug

Thank you for this track. It's great to have a legit version of Sebring at last. 3 starts for the effort so far, but as others have already said, the textures, IMO primarily the road textures need work and higher resolution. WHen driving, I can see the seams in the road change while driving along - no idea if that is a texture or a LOD thing - but it is very disorienting.

This track has a lot of potential, and it would be great to see it all come together.

OK so I deleted my previous review because it focused too much on the negative.

The good:

- The mod is, overall, vastly improved over v0.8.
- There are a lot of cool new trackside features to make it look more "lived in". The strings of lights around some of the campsites are a nice touch. The glowing bollards at pit exit are neat too.
- The walls don't launch your car into oblivion anymore.
- The track is no longer excessively bumpy.
- There are some new stripes painted on the concrete to guide you around the more open corners (like Sunset).

The bad:

- Touching a wall can still occasionally lead to catastrophic damage.
- As stated by others, the concrete is VERY WHITE.
- There are a couple of sections of track, including the pits and front straight, which cause certain cars' HUD to go blank.
- The CSP lighting config that's included in the mod is unusable. There's no reason to have a "day" and "night" layout if the config just works.

On this last point, I've submitted a replacement to the CSP repo and to be honest this track looks pretty great at night with some proper lighting. Great enough that I wanted to change the tone of my earlier review.

There's still work to do here but it is indeed better than before. Thanks.

the problem is that I do not use "csp" because I did not know this application (because I do not look at new applications much)

I know that "blm", I did not know that there were other apps for the lights, for the concrete which is too bright, you have to lower the exposure in your game for the moment, I will correct the level ,

for the colision and the hud, there, I do not know?
and for csp, you seem to know well, please help me,

Don't really understand the super high ratings on this one. It's arguably the worst track SRS runs each season and has some pretty absurd camber/elevation changes, including an actual hill going onto the backstretch, to the point where setups developed on the ripped Forza 7 version (which is quite good) aren't useful here. It's a good proof of concept project to show what RTB can do in the hands of a talented modder, but the software is better left to fantasy tracks rather than replicas. Do not download unless your league makes you run it because they're trying to take the moral high ground over ripped content.

Hello !!! this version of sebring0.8 is over 3 years old
and it was never finished !!
I am in the process of remaking a new version !!
and if you would have read the old comments, you would have seen that sebring 0.8 is only my second circuit, i was still learning!
sorry not to be a "pro" of creation from the start, and not to satisfy you ..
and compare my version, with that of forza 7 !! ahhah ahhahahha hahahhahahahhah sorry hahhahaha hahahahahahaha

so sorry that I can't give this a good review, which i hate to do but for me it is just too white, the entire view seem just so over exposed. Additionally when I drop a wheel off track (which is much too often I admit) there is a lack of feel and particularly a lack of visual kick up.

also i tried the vlm one for rfactor and the iracing one, this one is way off. cant do the same lines.

To reply: the layout, for me, is correct, because I use google map and drop all objects, top, road, object, trees ...., for width and length, it may not be Reel, to something ready !!!! After the elevation, the correction arrives in version 0.7, still have to wait because I am on holiday, thank you!
There's something wrong with light sources, and it seems like there are hundreds of ER vehicles parked by the track. Really distracting and I couldn't make myself finish even one lap.

Encountered the same issue as jokacz - upon loading the track the computer froze - i saw the autor's reply to jokacz so i double checked that my AC installation was in order (file verification) and tried loading a standard (non-mod, non-DLC) car and it happened again (it has NEVER happened with any other track/car combination) - the track somehow causes a memory leak (see pics, not proper screenshots for obvious reasons) http://i.imgur.com/upjfSdj.png
Another one with the issues described by others. The only difference is that my computer survives, but it crashes all running programs, including AC and Steam itself, and drops out to the desktop. Only happens with this one track, regardless of the car. Something's seriously wrong here.

"wip" I'm looking for the problem
Sorry, still won't load for me. Guess I just don't have the hardware to run this track. Core2Quad 9550@2.83 8gigs of ram GTX 660 2gigs vram V0.2 runs fine as do all the Rouens.

Yes the 0.4 has a problem of memory
I advise you to drop in the general options, the memory uses for replay, put it to minimum !, I have reuci to fix the problem, but you have to wait 0.5, I soon finished preparing !! Sorry the friend

If you have a problem, or you have a problem with your file asseto corsa, look at other circuit, if it does the same, or pick the right cars, not old mod, also look if your anti virus In the quarantined files, because I had the problem, my anti virus had blocked the acs.exe, sorry but the problem does not come from my track !!! It works very well ,,,,,,
