Welcome to the Project Fantasy 2022 – Ultimate Edition!
The Project Fantasy 2022 mod has been designed over hundreds of hours to bring some new life to your my team and player career modes through all new textures and gameplay features. This mod sees the return of some old faces including BMW and Martini, as well as some new teams such as Dragon Penske Autosport looking to create their own legacy in F1! The new grid is as follows:
This mod contains:
- Custom Liveries for all 10 teams
- Custom Racesuits for all teams
- Updated Home and Menu Screens
- Updated showroom Icons, Umbrellas and Banners
- 3 gameplay versions: Normal, Decreased Dirty Air and the Ultimate 2022 Version
- Custom Racecrew for all teams
- Custom Garage Monitors for all teams
- Custom Pitcrew Teamwear for all teams
- Custom Pitstop lights and gantries for all teams
- Fantasy Sponsor Boards for all tracks
Ultimate 2022 Version:
The Ultimate 2022 Version is the most complete version of this mod. The cars have been adapted to lead to closer and more exciting racing. The changes are as follows:
- New V8 Hybrid Engines are introduced producing a slight increase in power
- A new smaller MGU-H and simplification of the MGU-K have led to a decrease in weight to a new minimum of 650kg
- The new MGU-K in race sessions now operate on a 8s Push to Pass system
- Changes to the downforce features of the car have lead to a slight decrease in downforce but a massive decrease in the dirty air effect when following other cars
- New Tyre Constructions have led to increased grip but also increased wear, which should lead to races with more pitstops.
(Please Note: All changes are purely gameplay related as it is impossible to alter the physical chassis of the cars. If you are interested in reading more into the changes I have created a mock 2022 regulations pdf that can be found on my discord)
