Works great! People giving it low review probably haven't installed it correctly or haven't updated their review since this mod got better. Only downside are no visual mods, but thats okay. Got to a 1:54 on Spa with a standard setup, controller and just a vew laps.

Guys, the mod works! ou need to change the setup though. In order to go higher than 330kph you need to make the gear ratio higher. (For max speed you should also put the MGUK-Delivery under Electronics to Hotlap)

what a monster! took a minute to figure out which was which due to a lack of skins with the mod but once I did I was immediately doing a 1:55.665 around spa with minimal effort then some minor aero tweaks and 1:51 again with minimal effort.

some liveries and skins would be nice, though, all of a sudden you have three porsche hybrids and nothing is different in any of the descriptions of the cars in game. kinda confusing.
other than that, the mod works fine.

Superb mod, maybe the add, as some says, of a DRS would be even more realistic and near of the real car, but anyway, thanks for it, It's superb, great work. By the way, can someone tell me where I can find the "919 Tribute" skin ? Thank you.

sound and model is good buy my car doesnt go faster than 339km/h someone knows the reason??

I'm giving this a high review because I've seen what it can do on YouTube. But when I installed it, I did everything in the instructions, but when I loaded up Assetto Corsa, it was just a second 919 with exactly the same performance.

it is great, super fast but it doesnt have drs? maybe you could update it to have drs

It´s good, but it feels like it has way too much downforce. Porsche states the 919 EVO produces 53% more doenforce than the normal 919, but in this mod the downforce levels are twice as big. Other than that, solid work

Hi all, its really fun to drive, tones of downforce and when the electric is engaged its brutal.

Not giving 5star cuz is just mecanical update with few flaws like DRS, and dont have any visual differences if you dont download a sepparate skin..

I'm also having the issue showing 2 919 2016, the problemmay be that the name is too long and cant see the EVO word there.

If you replece the skins on the modded version by this one, you will inmediatly see the difference.

It could probably use some tuning like you said (it seems a little fast) but overall it's a great adaptation to the content we already have so thank you.

I'd like to add though, that when copying this exact guide, i don't get a tuning upgrade to the 2016 919, it creates a whole new car slot in the selection screen so I'm not sure why that is.

The mod has been installed correctly, but I am still getting no gains in performance even though I have changed settings. What do I do? Help!

Might be a bit faster than real life, but the bigger issue for me is there's no drs as there is irl. Great fun anyway.

Very nice mod but seems faster than real life as author says.

Also need some additional work from user part to play it proper, here is what I suggest:

After following the instructions, open with notepad the "ui_car.json" file located at \assettocorsa\content\cars\ks_porsche_919_hybrid_2016_EVO\ui and change the "name" to "Porsche 919 Hybrid EVO" or whatever you like.
This will help you to differentiate the EVO from the orignal one.
First I made the mistake to take the original one.
(You can also add the Tribute skin and delete the other one for more accurancy.)
And as for top speed you need to modify, while in game, the seven gear up to 388 and also set the MGUK to Hotlap as well.

And voila you're ready to break your neck on the barriers !

(PS: I did a 5.06.305 with soften suspensions)

looks like a good mod but unfortunately, I deleted the "data" file on the Porsche 919 2016 and can figure out how to get it back do you know how to?

I was skeptical at first with all the negative feedback that was saying it didn't work. The car is quick and agile compared to it's sister.


If you want to confirm this mod works, load the car up in a race then go to the tune section and look for "3.55 and 3.50" under the gears selection, since this car had those two ratios added. That is what I did.

as random callsign mentioned, you need to update the mod pal, that new ring lap record could be a good reference,car accelerates too fast with basically unlimited battery, and the real one tops at 369

Doesn't work for me. Shows as the same 919 hybrid 2016 as the original but shows evo when loading, then pops back into the menu when trying to load a track, anyone got a fix?
