Excellent work. You bring joy into my life. Im above average interested in racing from the 60s and 70s and these internal sounds are great. I only want to hint that it would be fantastic to have your growling\howling sounds to last a bit longer, but have no idea if that is possible. They appear after shifting gear and comes when not fully rpm as it should, but only wish it could last just a tiny tiny bit longer. Love your sounds.

Stupendous! Glad you released a ver for Kunos' 917K. Wonderfully complex sound; really captures the ferocity of this machine (if not the banshee wail of the V12). A 'Must Have'!

Happy to hear! This for me was the goal to release for kunos while the rtm still was around, feels real good now that rtm Porsche will die out... Have a great driving experience :)

Anyone else having trouble getting the sounds to work in F3 (trackside) view? I've done everything I can think of to get it to work but it's still refuses to. Thx

No one said you had to use it now, the 917k that is being developed in AC forum will probably be released soon so you are most welcome to wait for that model. Thanks for the feedback!

Sound is good, but can change the IDs when you create the fmod, to avoid the issues with other cars (sp or mp).

i have the ac_legends_porsche_917k and rtm_porsche_917k running with Sound mod 1.5 , as soon as i edit the V2.0 GUIDs.txt to get it working there is no sound at all. editing v1.5 was no problem at all. Please advice...

Just check if the name of the car matches the name of the model, I am not relating to a ripped mod on my behalf, I prepare the soundmod for the upcoming 917K from AC

Great sound!

As was already mentioned, I do not support high priced addons/mods. Donations? Absolutely! URD gives quality mods for free and paid content for much less. But I'm not going to give it less stars because I'm rating the sound, not the paid content.

Just an FYI, you can DL the car for free, just do a google search.

Really, really great sounds...judging from the video. However, I can't get either the present ver (or the previous) to work, despite renaming/editing the rtm BANK and/or GUIDS files. Hopefully, you will be first in line to re-do the stock sfx files when Kunos' 917K is released in two weeks. Cheers!

awesome sound, using as a placeholder on my "Vantage v12 GT3" (which I bought elsewhere, and changed sfx so that it sorta sounds like the V12 AM)

Great sounds, the flybys when on full throttle are just mega.

Only thing i will say/request, compared to the real life video you linked in the OP the actual car crackles and pops alot more on the overrun/lifting off the throttle, more than yours does in the mod.

If you could make the crackles and pops more pronounced i'd say its a perfect 5 stars from me! Apart from that though, very well done.

Thanks! Precisely! The only reason its name is like Porsrche_917K is becasue it dont support RTM, its overproced and rips content, I´m preparing for the official release ;)

Damn this is good. DAMN. I did not see this coming, this is Fonsecker good. This makes the car.

However, word of critique. Why almost ALL top sound modders make their sounds so goddamn loud? It's really counter-intuitive and anti-user-friendly. We still use many Kunos stock sounds, which are less loud. It's extremely annoying when switching between cars with Kunos sound, when my sound system is at comfortable level (for me & neighbors) = loud as possible, without being too loud.. then I put this car (or some other modded car) on and BOOM my furniture starts to shake and my neighbor calls police ;) Overall mods that require chancing audio settings from that of Kunos defaults, end up into me deleting the mod. This is too good to delete, but PLEASE sound modders stop making sound mods louder (or more silent) than official. It's IMO very important, just adjust master volume to same as stock sounds.
