Pit lane for WWT Raceway 1.0

I was having issues with cars not leaving the pits in practice/qualifying and cars diving into the grass at the start of races. This new lane seems to fix it for safe, fun races vs. AI.

This should be used with Hertha's wwt_raceway (0.9)
