Guayule & wet tires for VRC Formula NA 2021 2.0

Alternate guayele tyre textures for the VRC Formula NA 2021.
IndyCar uses these as the soft tyre on street circuits.
Also includes a wet tyre texture.
I recommend this tyres extension from Edivad82.
Extract the .zip contents to the main extension folder of the car.
If using this extension, replace the following lines of the extension:
