[PHYSICS] Peugeot 405 T16 Pikes Peak 0.84

Meant to replace the data for the Peugeot 405 T16 Pikes Peak, which was originally from RallyWorld and then updated by AssettoRallyGRB.

Physics have been reworked using available sources albeit some not implemented properly due to lack of available information.

Help on the following would be incredibly appreciated.
- Torque Curve follows 205 T16 Evo 2. But power has been uprated (650hp-13% drivetrain loss). If anyone have any info on 405 T16 Pikes Peak torque curve, do let me know. Turbo have been removed for now to easier implement changes if and when info on 405 T16 Pikes Peak torque curve arise.
- Ctrl_4ws.ini based on Peugeot 205 T16 Evo 2 steer ratio value. If anyone has any info on the correct value. I'll gladly implement the changes.
