If you don't have any other Livery Override in the Mclaren 720s GT3 Evo, just drop the contents in your game folder.
If you do have any other Livery Override in the Mclaren 720s GT3 Evo, paste the file contents at the car's livery override folder and paste the following in your mclaren_720s_gt3_evo.xml file:
