Quickfix of bug.

Quickfix: Fixed bug with player being stuck in satsuma.

Better fps, No car deform and harder for wheels to fall off, Menu detection.

-Refactored and optimized mod for better fps.
-Other minor changes such as load text in console.

+Removed car deformation. (Automatically added on game start).
+Added ability to also lock wheels. Making it harder for them to come off. Lock in GUI (Right CTRL + G).
+Mod now reloads after going back to the menu. (Like saving).

Now working with modloader 0.2
