Open incardriver and go to:
com_06_helmet_d.tga
com_06_helmet_s.tga
Import Vailliant_helmet_d.dds from the file folder
Import the Vailliant_helmet_s.dds
When you ask to save, go to:
Steam\steamapps\common\F1 2018\character_package\drivers\male\unbranded_com_06\textures
now save the incardriver.erp you have opened.
