IMPORTANT: please download the base files of Modular Mods before installing this, otherwise it won't work
How to install: simply drop the _MODULAR_MODS folder in your F1 2021 folder. If it asks to replace existing files, you may have another McLaren livery installed, I advice you take the fomswap_mclaren.erp file out of the _ACTIVE folder and retry the installation of this livery afterwards.
With this, I only have to replace Mercedes, RedBull and Ferrari, and than I'll leave this section of the site alone
I opted to create a livery that is somewhat inspired by the marlboro liveries of the past (I started designing a west inspired one, but it looked too complicated and busy).
While designing this, I made up my mind about the palette: I love it! I really hope they stick with this sky blue!
As you may notice by looking at the photos, installing this will replace the McLaren chassis with the FOM one, and this was done to make it easier to work on.
The livery POPS with this new palette! I absolutely adore it
The only sponsor that isn't monochrome is Gulf
The livery isn't really visible from the front, it reminds me a little of the Renault of the hybrid era
