Thanks to BillBro there are following updates:
-reworked aiw for finally 56 working pit positions!
-added rain reflections
-fixed white road line that had a strange light effect at night
-fixed a transparency issue with the fence
-changed start lights values
-skip flying start should now work properly
-updated some values in the .gdb

-raised number of pit positions (52) again
-added marshals on the track, thanks to Hans Kindler
-removed version number from the loading screen
-fixed a typo
