I am guessing this is an 'unfinished' mod:

This mod only consists of two folders: Game Data-> vehicles and sounds.

There is no "rfm" folder nor files associated with this mod.
I am assuming that you have to have "rfm" files in order for the vehicle to 'appear' in the rfactor menu. This vehicle didn't appear nor was to be found anywhere in my rfactor game; hence it didn't exist and thus I could not "test drive" it (once again probably as a result of having no "rfm" files).

The model is intended for the Shift Street assembly, if you do not have this assembly in the VEH file, you need to register - Classes = " * Street"
