Improved reshade Blur for onboards, PP config updated

Updated Ambient Lighting and added blur for realistic F1 onboard content, as seen on my YouTube channel @JamesDRacing
Added easy folder drag and drop/install directory for beginners

RESHADE AND PP TWEAKS

Updated Reshade settings with added blur to replicate onboard footage, tweaked contrast in PP Filter
Please ensure you open the pure filter first and then use the import tool in PURE config and load from there!

Wet weather improvements! Updated reshade lighting!
