paste to
C:/Users/(user_name)/AppData/Local/AcTools Content Manager/Data (User)/License Plates/Japan
open CM
CM Showroom > Paint Shop > style sellect japan > choose yourself > save as new
!! MOD cars containing protected kn5 files and cars without a license plate from the beginning cannot be changed
have fun
