Update 1.4: Alfa Romeo

Update 1.4:
- Added Alfa Romeo Helmet meaning all 10 have now been added. I will take some time off and then go through and review and edit some of the helmets

Update 1.1:
- Reworked file structure to work with common-00 helmet files so everyone who owns the game can now use the files without needing champions edition.
- NB: With new file structure the visor strips no longer have s files and are now all default glossy. If you have champions edition and want the proper s files then use version 1.0
