Improved Lighting for PURE 12.33 Final

• fixed too dim car displays in the daytime. Unfortunately it also increases the brightness of the brake lights and led lights. Checked on kunos car, led lights brightness are normal, but some car mods may have led lights that are too bright. This can be fixed in pure configs by decreasing the csp_lights.emissive parameter.
• a few more minor fixes for ILP_natural and ILP_linear

• for ILP and ILP_natural, slightly increased contrast, but without losing midtones, by reducing gamma and increasing exposure
• for ILP_linear in daylight, slightly reduced contrast by increasing the gamma so that the shadows are not too dark.
• for ILP_linear at dusk increased brightness of clouds, reduced gamma and increased exposure. Twilight looks much better now
• for ILP_linear increased exposure in overcast weather
• decreased the sun.speculars parameter for all filters to remove excessive glare on some surfaces

slightly reduced glare and bloom effect, the changes will be better visible at night

New DOF (depth of field) settings for camera replays. Replays look much better with them.
This is the last thing I wanted to change.

By the way, I took the DOF settings from the "SKY GT" filter
great filter incidentally, I recommend to try

Comparing with other filters, I realized that I have damn dark shadows and I need to do something with these.
I had to increase the gamma, and tinker with setting other parameters so that the image is not flat and overexposed. But now I am completely satisfied with the result.

Decided to return to default values for ambient light. An attempt to solve the problem of too dark shadows by increasing the brightness of the ambient light was unsuccessful. It's Impossible to find the optimal value for every weather.
With the default values for ambient light, any weather and time of day now looks good

Until the release of the new version of Pure, I will not release more updates, I'm fed up.
